#2: UX Strategy for Connected Experiences in Cars

Challenges/Problems to solve

Create a UX strategy that integrates with established product services and platforms such as charging partners and Android Automotive OS (GAS). Improve experience consistency with open platforms and encourage cultural development of experience innovation through research and prototyping.

Action

Establish foundational experience design principles for the team to build a radical strategy arc. Drive a program of complimentary user research in emerging pathways (AI, partner services, automated driving, GAS integration, multimodal etc...). Ensure wider standards and protocols are bridged for connected services with third parties.
